How many courts do you have?

Our facility has 5 spacious indoor courts, 1 Pink Private Court (10% Smaller), designed with modern lighting and comfortable spacing to ensure a great playing experience.

Do I need to be a member to play?

No. Non-members can book courts and join Open Play. Basic membership is FREE to join, but Gold members enjoy lower rates, earlier booking, and exclusive benefits.

How much is membership?

We offer Basic Membership (Free) and Full Membership (39 CAD/month).
Full Members get lower rates, free paddle rentals, ball machine discounts, gear shop discounts, and early booking privileges.
$5 off for each court reservation.
10% off on All Open Plays.
10% off on Gear Shop.
21 Days advance Booking.

What are the non-member rates?

Do you have paddle/ball rentals?

Paddles: Free for Paid Members, available for rent for non-members. $5/ time
Balls: Our gear shop is selling pickleball balls. You may bring your own.

Yes!  Our club can host private events, corporate outings, and group bookings.

Does everyone in my group need to have a CourtReserve account?

Yes. Each participant should have their own CourtReserve account for booking, liability, and communication purposes.

Do I need to check in at reception when I arrive?

Yes. All players must check in at reception before playing, whether for court rentals, Open Play, or events.

Do I need to make a reservation to play?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Reservations are required for both court rentals and Open Play sessions to ensure a spot. Walk-ins are welcome only if space is available.

My child/teenager wants to play. How do I bring them?

Children and teens are welcome with parent/guardian supervision. We recommend contacting the club for details on youth-friendly times and programming.

Question 12

Does everyone on a court rental need to have a membership?

Accepted Answer

No. Only one person booking the court needs an account. Other players can join as guests. However, non-members will pay regular non-member rates.

Do I need to sign a waiver?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For safety and liability reasons, all players must complete a waiver before participating. Waivers can be signed online during account setup or at the front desk upon arrival.
