Court Policy

​

• Clean, non-marking indoor court shoes are mandatory (spectators in court zone too).

• No jeans/leather, sandals/open-toed, or heels. Eye protection recommended.

• Floor marks/damage may incur cleaning/repair fees.

​

• Everyone entering the court zone (players, spectators, parents) must sign a waiver (e-signature at signup; paper at the desk).

• Children under 13 require active, on-site parent/guardian supervision.

• No smoking, alcohol, drugs, or pets (service animals excepted by law).

• Warm up; keep lanes and courts clear of hazards; report spills/injuries immediately.

• Do not hit toward ceilings/sprinklers; no paddle slamming, net kicking, or abusive behavior.

• Promptly return stray balls; never cross an active court; if players pause to let you pass, move quickly.

• Outside 48 hours: Cancel online through your account — refunded to account credits.

• Within 48 hours: No refunds.

​

• Paid instruction is club-authorized only; outside coaches require written approval.

• Group training/corporate bookings must reserve dedicated lanes; training aids stay within assigned courts.

• Courts: lidded, non-glass drinks only; no hot food.

• Food belongs in lounge areas; report spills immediately for cleanup.

• Treat loaner paddles/balls with care and return to the designated rack.

• Misuse/damage may incur fees and loss of borrowing privileges.

• Non-commercial recording requires consent of those in frame.

• Commercial/advertising shoots require written approval.

• Club events may be photographed/filmed for promotion; tell staff in advance if you object.

• Abusive, threatening, violent, or destructive behavior = removal without refund and possible bans.

• For safety/operations we may adjust Open Play numbers, reassign courts, change schedules, or refuse service.

• We are not responsible for lost/damaged/stolen items.

• By entering, you accept the inherent risks of sport and agree to follow staff directions and these policies.

• The club isn’t liable for injuries/losses arising from personal health, equipment choices, or misuse.

• Policies may be updated at any time; website version prevails.
