Court Rentals • Open Play • Single-Session Clinics

  • Outside 48 hours: Automatic—refund as Account Balance Credit.

  • 24–48 hours: Processed within 2 business days—50% credit to Account Balance.

Within 24 hours: No refunds.

MP Pickleball Academy (Multi-Week “School” Programs)

  • Outside 48 hours: Cancel online through your account — refunded to account credits.

  • Within 48 hours: No refunds.

Important Notes

  • By registering, you commit to all scheduled dates. Missed classes aren’t pro-rated and no refunds are issued for absences beyond our control.

  • All cancellations must be completed through your account (e.g., CourtReserve).

  • Unless otherwise noted, all approved amounts are returned as Account Balance Credit.

  • Changing a time slot counts as a cancel + rebook and follows the same rules above.
